Addiction Is A Family Disease

Family members of addicts are scared, despairing, and exhausted. Beit T’Shuvah believes recovery is most effective when the family system is involved. Our family program works intimately with the families of our residents, offering them guidance, tangible tools, support, and hope.

Family Education

While residents in primary care are working through the challenges of early sobriety, families are invited to become part of the Beit T’Shuvah community and partake in a 6-week education series. Here they learn about addiction, co-dependency and a whole lot about themselves.

Multi-Family Process Group

Families graduate from the education series to weekly multi-family process groups, where, with their loved ones, they engage in intensive family therapy alongside other families.

Family Immersion Program

Four times a year, Beit T’Shuvah hosts a Family Immersion Program. Primarily for our out-of-town families, this intensive 3-day program is a multi-dimensional, multi-modality, transformative experience for residents and their loved ones, where they work together to form connections and find family healing.

Family Mentoring Program

We believe the most profound healing comes from meaningful relationships. Our mentorship program offers support by pairing new families with veteran Beit T’Shuvah families in a one-to-one mentorship relationship.
